The apartment I chose in Porto Alegre __   Anyone who has read my latest texts may find that I have become repetitive to mention homes . I think not . What happens is that I can not remain passive in front a good deal when I see one . Today I will tell you a little story . There are less than ten years ago in ocasion of its release read about a new building in Porto Alegre . Its modern design and imposing caught my attention so much that separated the page the journal that carried the announcement . After all these years I returned to my surprise on  reading the same building in the same journal edition in october of last year . This time the announcement  spoke only the most precious jewel of the building , "the coverage" . The building in question is located  in the nighborhood Petrópolis  in the city of Porto Alegre . The coverage is in tenth seventh floor has eight hundred fifty-one  meters square, overlooking the river Guaíba  ( or lake ), pool , fireplace ,double closets , four parking spaces and other items of comfort and refinement . Its worth seven million reais or three million five hundred thousand dollars . It's funny , I had the clear impression who knew someone in the neighborhood Petrópolis , but on second thought , do not know anyone , I can not think any name , I must be mistaken . Is it ?! Was my  memory saying anything ?...    ...maybe some remembrance of the past ...   If any resident wants to give his testimony about how to live in the neighborhood , feel free . Eu acho que não . O que acontece é que não consigo ficar passivo diante uma boa oferta quando vejo uma . Hoje vou contar uma pequena história . Há menos de dez anos atrás na ocasião de seu lançamento li sobre um novo prédio em Porto Alegre. Seu projeto moderno e imponente me chamou tanto a atenção que destaquei a página do jornal que trazia o anúncio . Passados todos esses anos para minha surpresa voltei a ler sobre o mesmo prédio no mesmo jornal numa edição de outubro do último ano . Desta vez o anúncio falava apenas da jóia mais preciosa do prédio ,  "a cobertura " . O prédio em questão está localizado no bairro Petrópolis na cidade de Porto Alegre . A cobertura está no décimo sétimo andar tem oitocentos e cinqüenta e um metros quadrados , vista para o rio Guaíba (ou lago ) piscina , lareira, closet duplo , quatro vagas na garagem e outros itens de conforto e requinte . Seu valor sete milhões de reais ou três milhões e quinhentos mil dólares . Não me recordo de ter visto preço parecido . Principalmente em se tratando de um imóvel usado . É claro devo dizer que o mercado de imóveis porto-alegrense e bem diferente dos padrões nova iorquinos por exemplo .É engraçado , eu tinha a nítida impressão que conhecia alguém no bairro Petrópolis , mas pensando bem, não conheço ninguém , não me ocorre nenhum nome , eu devo estar engando . Será ?! Estaria a minha memória querendo dizer alguma coisa ...   ...alguma lembrança do passado talvez ...   Se algum morador ou moradora quiser dar o seu depoimento sobre como é morar no bairro , fique à vontade . E se vier de fato a morar no bairro Petrópolis e alguma bela vizinha do prédio ou redondezas  bater na minha porta precisando de uma xícara de açúcar a altas horas da noite  ( mesmo com supermercados 24 horas ) serei solícito em ajudar .----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Tão logo seja adquirido o apartamento deve ser decorado e mobiliado .
